Cucumber, Scallion & Shiso leaves Salad

Refreshing summer salad. I recommend soy based dressing with it.



  • Cucumbers (4 small ones)
  • Shiso leaves (15 or so)
  • Scallions (2)
  • Sesame seeds (Roughly crushed in a pestle)


Slice cucumbers. Mandolin like this definitely helps.

Then shred. Julienne Shiso leaves. Scallions too.


Then mix. Add sesame seeds.
