Refreshing summer salad. I recommend soy based dressing with it.
- Cucumbers (4 small ones)
- Shiso leaves (15 or so)
- Scallions (2)
- Sesame seeds (Roughly crushed in a pestle)
Slice cucumbers. Mandolin like this definitely helps.
Then shred. Julienne Shiso leaves. Scallions too.
Then mix. Add sesame seeds.
